Vendor Calendar

  • August 16 — Opening day for the 2020 season. In order to open during the COVID pandemic, we are following required guidelines for social distancing (face coverings are required for vendors and customers), have hand-washing stations available at the market, and are implementing other safety precautions.

This calendar is designed to help our vendors keep track of important dates that affect the market and our vendors.

2020 Important Dates (tentative)

    • Oct.  — The Glass Academy, traditionally set up in the center lot for Harvestfest, has not been confirmed for 2020.
    • Nov.  — Annual Open House Drawing. This event has not been confirmed for 2020. .
    • Dec. 6 TubaFest. This event has not been confirmed for 2020.
    • Dec. 20 — Last day of the 2020 season.

Annual Vendor Fee — 2020 Payment Schedule  (normal fees suspended due to COVID outbreak)
